- Amendment 0002 to Solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0091 The purpose of amendment 0002 to solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0091 is to reopen the solicitation, changing the requirement from a 2-year Requirements Long Term Contract to a one-time buy. Proposals for Other than New Material (OTNM) will be accepted for consideration. With ONTM proposals, the Government requests a 24-month warranty be provided, limited to the purchase price of each part, commencing on the date of contract award. Please notate warranty information on the proposal submission. Any new material proposals will be required to successfully complete and pass the First Article Test (FAT). No waivers will be accepted at this time and all mentions of FAT waiver are removed. Multiple revisions were made to the solicitation to reflect those changes and are detailed in the amendment.� Interested Offerors must submit a new price proposal, and acknowledge amendments, no later than 4:30PM EST Tuesday, 27 June 2023, via email to the Contract Specialist (lisa.r.roulo.civ@army.mil) and cc the corresponding Contracting Officer (valencia.d.lane.civ@army.mil) with the subject header: Proposal Submission - W56HZV-22-R-0091 (company name). Once a proposal is received, the Contract Specialist/Contracting Officer will reply with the respective Offeror stating receipt of proposal submission. � Amendment 0001 to Solicitation W56HZV-22-R-0091 The purpose of Amendment 0001 is to extend the closing date to 31 August 2022. The Technical Data Package (TDP) is competitive with purchased parts estimated at 10-50% and is limited to DoD and US DoD Contractors only. Access to the TDP is restricted which requires vendors to submit a request for access in SAM.gov. The requestor in SAM.gov MUST be the same individual listed on the firm's Joint Certification Program (JCP) cerftification. When submitting a request for approval in SAM.gov, the requestor must including the following information: Name, e-mail, and CAGE code Offerors MUST have a valid registration in Joint Certification Program (JCP) and in SAM.gov and access will be granted pending verification. Proposals are due no later than Wednesday 31 August 2022 by 5:00pm EST.
