- The U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM), Technology Applications Contracting Office (TAKO) anticipates conducting a limited competition between Fulcrum Concepts, LLC located at 1776 Patriot Way, Mattaponi, VA 23110 and CFD International located at 5427 FM546, Princeton, TX 75407 for a replacement Light Weight Plank Systems (LWPS) for use on the A/MH-6M U.S. Special Operations Aircraft. �The Government�s requirements include that any proposed LWPS must have an airworthiness release from a recognized airworthiness authority, in accordance with Army Regulation (AR) 70-72. The Government will conduct the limited competition under the authority at 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) and FAR 6.302-1, Only one or a limited number of responsible sources and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements . The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit with a limited number of sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. The anticipated award will result in a multiple award Indefinite Delivery � Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) and Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF) contract.� The IDIQs will consists of one (1) five-year ordering period.� The associated NAICS code is 336413 - Other Aircraft Parts and Auxiliary Equipment Manufacturing. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.� Interested sources must identify interest within 15 days of this synopsis and request a non-public, supplemental data packet accompanied by a Defense Logistics Agency approved DD2345 Military Critical Technical Data Agreement.� The interested sources must submit a capabilities statement addressing the Government�s specific requirements in the supplement data packet. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Proposals will be required thirty (30) days after release of the RFP.� Requirements for this effort have previously been made available under this reference number.� Points of contact for this requirement are Mrs. Latisha S.
