- The purpose of this project is to rehabilitate the five Tainter gates at Jennings Randolph Lake, Elk Garden, West Virginia to ensure the safety, functionality, and reliability of the Tainter gate system. *************Amendment 9999 adds Attachment G to the provided attachments*************Amendment 0001 - The purpose of this amendment is to:1. Update language to Specification 01 14 00.00 16 Paragraph 1.2.10 (Attachment D)2. Remove the prequalification language from instructions to offerors,3. Provide the site visit attendance sheet and4. Extend the proposal due date from 2 June 2023 to 9 June 2023.All other terms and conditions remain the same. ***************Amendment 0002 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the Request for Information due date from 05 May 2023 to 17 May 2023.***************Amendment 0003 - The purpose of this amendment is to provide Government responses to inquiries received during the Request for Information (RFI) period.***************Amendment 0004 - The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date from 9 June 2023 to 16 June 2023 at 1100 AM EDT.
