- This Amendment 0003 is being issued to (Please see attachment Solicitation 47PC0222R0019 Amendment_0003 for detailed description of this amendment): Extend the solicitation closing date from May 31, 2023, 3:00 PM EDT to June 14, 2023 3:00 PM EDT, in accordance with the revised section I.J. Receipt of Proposals (Revised�47PC0222R0019 Solicitation _ Exhibit 3 - SF-1442 reflecting this change is attached); Incorporate revised VI.F.(4) Factor 4: Past Performance (Revised Solicitation reflecting changes in 1 and 2, labeled 47PC0222R0019 Solicitation _ Revised 5-14-2023�is attached); Incorporate a revised Exhibit 4, Price Proposal Sheet (Offerors are instructed to utilize the revised Price Proposal Sheet associated with this amendment for proposal submission); Incorporate the Questions and Answers document into the solicitation (Exhibit 15); and Incorporate the following Exhibits for informational purposes only; Pre-proposal conference presentation (Exhibit 16). All other terms and conditions remain the same. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This Amendment 0002 is being issued to extend the solicitation closing date from May 18, 2023 3:00 PM EDT to May 31, 2023 3:00 PM EDT, in accordance with the revised section I.J. Receipt of Proposals. Another amendment to provide GSA response to RFIs received to follow soon. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This Amendment 0001 is being issued to provide schedule for the pre-proposal conference as follows: Date: April 18, 2023 Time: 2:30 PM � 4:00 PM EDT Location: Virtual Google Meet Link or call in Please see attached flyer for the Link and call-in information. Registration requirements for the pre-proposal conference has been eliminated as it is being conducted virtually. However, you can still email your list of attendees with the following information: a) Company Name b) Representative's Name c) Representative's Title d) Representative's Telephone Number e) Representative's Email Address via email to: 1) Jayshree Tank at Email: jayshree.tank@gsa.gov and 2) James Berring at Email: james.berring@gsa.gov. ________________________________________________________________________________________________________ This Solicitation is for Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) General Construction and Design-Build Construction Services Contract for Federally-Owned and Federally-Leased Space located within the Caribbean Region (Detailed in the Statement of Work (SOW)). The IDIQ Contractors will be offered the opportunity to submit proposals for general construction and design-build construction Task Orders under this Contract as described elsewhere in the SOW and applicable Contract documents. The Maximum Order Limit (MOL)/Contract Ceiling amount is $150,000,000 for the life of all awarded Multiple Award Contracts (5 Years) and none of the individual IDIQ Contracts will have a maximum order/annual ceiling limitation. The value of any Task Orders (including modifications) issued under this Contract will have an overall award value ranging from $0 to $10,000,000. The Contractor shall provide professional services for the planning, design, and construction necessary to meet the requirements of the individual Task Orders. Specific requirements of individual Task Orders will be issued by RFP on a Task Order basis. Task Order services shall be provided according to the general requirements described herein, and as further described in the Task Order RFP and accompanying documents. Disciplines and expertise that may be required to accomplish the scopes of the Task Orders include, but are not limited to: architecture, engineering (Disciplines: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, structural, and fire protection), life safety, code compliance, security, historic preservation, estimating, construction project management, and building construction services.
