- ***Deadline for proposal submissions is 12 June 2023 @ 3:00 PM EST*** ***Amendment 2*** 1. Extend the due date for questions from 25 May 2023 to 30 May 2023. 2. Incorporate 100% drawings, specifications, and submittal register. (Attachments 1, 2, and 5) ***Amendment 1*** 1. Change Base CLIN 0001 from Lift Station 1389 to Lift Station 709. � 2. Change CLINS 0002 and 0003 into option CLINs. �The option CLIN Lift Stations are CLIN 0002 - Lift Station 1389 and CLIN 0003 - Lift Station 730. 3. �Add Verbiage to description and Section M - ""the Government reserves the right to award some, all or none of the CLINS under the contract.""� THIS SOLICITATION IS ISSUED AS A 100% WOMAN OWNED SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE USING TRADE-OFF PROCEDURES AND THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS L & M. The contractor shall provide the labor, equipment, materials, and supervision necessary to complete project number DKGV 1083977 Repair Various Dry Well Lift Stations 1380, 709, & 730 at Joint Base Charleston -Weapons Station, Goose Creek, South Carolina. NOTICE TO OFFEROR(S)/SUPPLIER(S): FUNDS ARE NOT PRESENTLY AVAILABLE FOR THIS EFFORT. NO AWARD WILL BE MADE UNDER THIS SOLICITATION UNTIL FUNDS ARE AVAILABLE. THE GOVERNMENT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL THIS SOLICITATION, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER THE CLOSING DATE. IN THE EVENT THE GOVERNMENT CANCELS THIS SOLICITATION, THE GOVERNMENT HAS NO OBLIGATION TO REIMBURSE AN OFFEROR FOR ANY COSTS. Project Magnitude: Between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. PRE-PROPOSAL CONFERENCE/SITE VISIT: A pre-proposal conference and site visit is scheduled for 18 May 2023 at 9:00 AM EST. All attendees shall meet No Later Than (NLT) 8:00 AM EST at the Naval Welcome Center, 1650 Redbank Road, Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC 29445 to board Government transportation to the conference location, Lift Station 1380, 709, and 730. Offerors are encouraged to attend and are requested to contact Byron Faison, Contract Specialist, byron.faison@us.af.mil or (843) 963-5167 NLT 16 May 2023 if you plan to attend. Special arrangements will be required to gain access to Joint Base Charleston - Weapons Station, Goose Creek, SC. Government transportation will be provided to transport attendees to the project site after the presentation at the Naval Weapons station Visitor's Center. Attendees will need a visitor's pass to access Joint Base Charleston. Attendees must bring a valid driver's license, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance. Some delays should be anticipated. Offerors should allow sufficient time to arrive on time at the Welcome Center parking lot. The purpose of this conference is to visit the construction site, clarify the statement of work and terms of the solicitation, and to answer any questions concerning the solicitation. Submission of questions prior to the conference is encouraged. The deadline for all questions pertaining to this solicitation will be 25 May 2023 at 12:00 PM EST. Remarks and explanations provided at the conference shall NOT alter the terms of the solicitation and statement of work. Unless the solicitation is amended in writing, it will remain unchanged. Should an amendment be issued, normal procedures relating to the acknowledgment and receipt of solicitation amendments shall apply. ***Deadline for proposal submissions is 12 June 2023 @ 3:00 PM EST**
