- UPDATE: 5/25/2023 - Amendment 0001 posted; Bidder Inquiry Key updated, refer to W9127N23B0011 OWCM23 Amendment 0001 for details. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ THIS IS A SOLICITATION FOR THE W9127N23B0011 for OR/WA Clamshell Maintenance Dredging 2023.� The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Portland District, has a requirement to perform clamshell dredging at six locations, four in Oregon (Port Orford, Winchester Bay, Depot Slough, and Astoria) and two in Washington (Baker Bay and Longview).� Please see the attached solicitation for details on the specifications of the requirement. The scope of this project consists of the Contractor furnishing all supervision, engineering, labor, materials, and equipment to perform the following work in strict accordance with the detailed requirements of this contract. MAGNITUDE OF CONSTRUCTION: Between $5,000,000.00 and $10,000,000.00 Bid Period: The solicitation was released 23 May 2023. The Bid Opening is on 22 June 2023 at 1:00PM Pacific Time.
