Description
Project: Loyall Ponding, Phase II Intent: The intent of this solicitation is to award one (1) firm fixed price construction contract for Loyall Ponding, Phase 2 in the City of Loyall, KY in Harlan County. Disclosure of Magnitude of Construction Project: The estimated magnitude of this requirement is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Basis of Selection of Award: Award shall be made to the lowest priced bidder who is determined to be responsive and responsible. See Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.214-19, Contract Award?Sealed Bidding?Construction, for more information. In accordance with FAR 52.217-5, Evaluation of Options, the Government intends to evaluate bids for award purposes by adding the total price for all options to the total price for the basic requirements. Type of Contract: The Government intends to award one (1) firm fixed-price construction contract. Type of Set Aside: This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code and Small Business Size Standard: The NAICS code for this project is 237990, Other Heavy Civil Engineering Construction, with a size standard of $45,000,000. Amendment 0001: Extends the period to ask questions from 25 May 2023 to 30 May 2023.
