- Description
- The Prime Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, and materials for the�demolition and installation associated with the Tower Safety Project .Demolition work includes but is not limited to demolition of existing handrails,�ladder, and obsolete tower attachments, selective demolition of insufficient tower deck, and excavation for new foundation. Installation work shall include new slab-ongrade,new exterior staircase, safety handrail, and coating of all exposed wood�surfaces associated with the tower safety project scope. Any additional labor,�materials, equipment, etc., that is not specified, but required to complete the project, shall be provided by the contractor.
