- This solicitation is to prepare the site at Grizzly Flats to accommodate temporary buildings. This will entail rough grading the locations for the buildings, tapping into the main waterline, surface lay domestic water to the building locations with the ability to attach to multiple buildings, establish a shore power hookup from the transformer, laying a rough base course to stabilize the roads and parking.
