Description
The Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision required to provide bus services for transporting personnel at designated pick-up points and designated drop off points between Andersen Air Force Base (AAFB), Antonio B. Won Pat International Airport, and approximately 3 hotels in Tamuning, Guam. The Contractor shall furnish 50-passenger (or larger (50+)) buses with qualified bus drivers, fuel, and incidentals from 5-22 July 2023. BUS ROUTES 5 July 2023: The contractor shall provide six (6) 50+ passenger buses staged at AAFB and Won Pat on or about 5 July 2023, (date and time are to be determined or TBD) to pick up personnel and drop them off at various hotels in the Tamuning area. Additional information and route assignments will be provided after award. 6-21 July 2023: 6-21 July 2023 (time is TBD), the contractor shall provide a total of six (6) 50+ passenger buses to pick up personnel from various hotels and drop them off at Won Pat International Airport and AAFB and conduct on and off-base routes to be coordinated by the Government Coordinator/Customer Point of Contact (POC) after award.� Six (6) 50+ passenger buses will provide daily, continuous shuttling services from 0600-2300, for a total of 17 hours a day, and two (2) 50+ buses will provide daily, continuous shuttling services from 2300-0600 daily, for a total of 7 hours a day.� �� Schedule/route tentatively setup as follows: Hotel in Tamuning Hotel in Tamuning Hotel in Tamuning Won Pat International Airport Andersen AFB Back to hotels 22 July 2023: On 22 July 2023 (time is TBD), the contractor shall provide six (6) 50+ passenger buses to pick up personnel from various hotels in the Tamuning area and drop them off at AAFB and Won Pat for departure. Contractor personnel assigned to drive the buses will be sponsored by a government representative on or about 4 July 2023 (date and time will be coordinated after award) for access into AAFB for staging. Drivers must possess current Guam Driver�s license and buses must have current vehicle registration and have base access. Performance shall be in accordance with the standards contained herein.
