- This notice is being completed to meet the requirement for Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 5.101(a)(1). 47CONS at Laughlin Air Force Base (AFB) located in Del Rio TX, will be issuing a Purchase Order (PO) as a �100% small business set-aside. Laughlin, AFB has a requirement for Airfield Tower Window Cleaning to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the air traffic control towers in various locations. The windows in these towers provide the controllers with an unobstructed view of the surrounding air space, allowing them to monitor and direct the movement of aircraft. Overtime, these windows can become damaged or degraded due to exposure of the elements or other factors, which can compromise the safety and effectiveness of air traffic control operations. Therefore, it is necessary to clean these windows to maintain the integrity of the air traffic control system. � Contractor will be required to Clean all windows for a total of Seven (7) Tower/Buildings.� Locations are within Laughlin Air Force Base (LAFB), TX, and the Auxiliary field in Spofford, TX. Period of Performance (POP) 01 Aug 2023 - 31 Jul 2024, with an additional 4 option years, potentially extending the contract to 31 Jul 2028. This is the only notice that will be posted through the Federal Point of Entry, SAM.gov; no solicitation will be posted on Sam.Gov. Purchase will be made using FAR Part 13, oral solicitation procedures. If interested in receiving an oral solicitation please send an email to both POCs listed in this notice within five (5) days of this notice, no later than COB 6/01/23. All interested parties must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database at�prior to receiving award of a Government contract. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in SAM will render their firm ineligible for award. ��Notice to Offeror(s)/Supplier(s): Funds are not presently available for this effort. No award will be made under this notice. This is not a solicitation and the Government reserves the right to cancel this notice, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this notice, the Government has no obligation to reimburse an offeror for any costs.�
