- Description
- This synopsis is not a request for quotes/offers/proposals. The Marine Corps Installation, National Capital Region, Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO), Marine Corps Base Quantico, VA currently has a requirement for the United States Marine Corps (USMC), Training and Education Command (TECOM) Range and Training Programs Division (RTPD) Operational Support. The procurement of services in support of TECOM RTPD shall be solicited as a 100% set aside to Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). The contemplated contract will be a single award indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ) , Firm Fixed Priced contract. The resultant contract will have a 5-year ordering period. �The NAICS code associated with this requirement is 541611, Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services, with a size standard of $24.5. This action will be solicited utilizing FAR Part 12 in conjunction with Part 15 Contracting by Negotiation procedures. All terms, conditions, evaluation procedures, and instructions to offerors will be specified in an upcoming Request for Proposals (RFP) that will be posted on this website (SAM.gov). The proposed solicitation number for this action is M00264-23-R-0007. All responsible sources must submit a proposal to be considered for this requirement. All interested parties must be registered in the System Award Management (SAM.gov). It is the responsibility of the interested parties to independently review the referenced web link (SAM.gov) frequently for updates to any and all documents. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading their copy of the RFP and amendments, if any. SCOPE OF WORK: The Contractor shall provide support to RTPD�s role as requirements and resource sponsor by developing capability requirements, including strategic planning, training process and metrics analysis support, Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System (JCIDS) documents, budget and financial management support, and instructional systems design support. The contractor shall support RTPD�s activities in processes such as Marine Corps Information Assurance Program (MCIAP); Requirements Transition Process; Verification, Validation, and Accreditation (VV&A); and Planning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) to provide support to the following tasks: RTPD Support, Training Processes and Metrics Analysis Support, and JCIDS Development/Support. These products and activities guide the development of Marine Corps training aids, devices, simulators and simulations, live ranges, and range instrumentation.
