- This amendment supersedes all previous announcements. It incorporates a revised Draft SIR Announcement to include updated language for the one-on-one discussions, an updated SOW & L&M Sections to remove��Unrestricted Large� to �Unrestricted� and extend the Draft SIR feedback/written requests/submissions from March 21, 2023 to March 27, 2023. In accordance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Acquisition Management System (AMS) Policy 3.2.1.2.1, Market Analysis. The Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) is currently planning the release of a final Screening Information Request (SIR) in the summer of the Calendar Year 2023 for the Air Traffic Engineering and Program Support (ATEPS) II procurement. In advance of the Final SIR release, the FAA is sharing this Draft SIR for Industry information and comments or questions. The FAA is requesting potential offerors who are interested in pursuing this opportunity, in a prime contractor capacity, to submit a notice of intent to the Contracting Officer (CO) listed in the attached announcement.� A notice of intent is requested whether or not comments to the Draft SIR are provided to the FAA.�Failure to submit a notice of intent or respond to questions does not preclude a vendor from submitting a response to a future SIR. This is a Request for Information (RFI) and, not a Request for Offer (RFO) or Request for Proposal (RFP) of any kind. The responses to this Draft SIR will be used for information purposes only and will not be released, except as required under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA). Proprietary information will be protected if appropriately marked. The FAA is neither seeking nor accepting unsolicited proposals. The FAA will not pay for any information received or costs incurred in preparing the response to this RFI. Any costs associated with this RFI submittal is solely at the interested vendor's expense.� If or when a SIR is issued, it will be announced on the System of Award Management (SAM) website at www.sam.gov. It is the Offeror�s responsibility to monitor this site for the release of the solicitation. The purpose of this RFI is to solicit industry feedback on the following ATEPS II Draft SIR sections: Section C: Statement of Work (SOW) Revised 3.14.23 Section J: List of Attachments Section L:� Instructions, Conditions, and Notices to Offerors Section M:� Evaluation Factors for Award Please review all the attachments associated with this announcement.
