- To provide AcqDemo training for the DCMA AcqDemo workforce. The AcqDemo personnel system was implemented across the DCMA in January 2017. DCMA is committed to enhancing� the AcqDemo contribution-based system for its AcqDemo workforce of approximately 2,000 employees.� This effort will involve the contractor providing all personnel, equipment, materials, supervision,� and non-personal services necessary to develop, implement, support, and provide virtual training for the DCMA AcqDemo workforce and personnel who have a role in AcqDemo. �
