Description

The Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PHNSY & IMF) intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Curtiss-Wright Electro-Mechanical Corporation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements, firm fixed price contract for long lead time material (LLTM) of one (1) rotational deployment mechanism (RDM) refurbishment kit for one (1) Virginia-class submarine. This posting serves as a Pre-Solicitation notice in association with N32253-23-R-0007. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 336611 and the size standard for this NAICS code is 1,250 employees. The Product Service Code is J020 Maintenance and Repair of Ship and Marine Equipment. A Sources Sought Notice, N3225323RC12661, for N32253-23-R-0007 was posted on SAM.gov from 05/10/2023 to 05/17/2023. Written offers shall be submitted in accordance with the CLIN structure and proposal instructions that will be outlined in the forthcoming solicitation, N32253-23-R-0007.
