Note: This posting received zero responses, we are reopening the solicitation with a new closing date of 5/31/23 at 1000. Note: This ammendment pushes the solicitation closing date to 05/24/23 at 1000 PST. PSNS & IMF is requesting solicitations to perform three drop weight test sets of welded plate steel to determine Nil-Ductility Transition Temperature (NDTT) per ASTM E208 in accordance with the statement of work (SOW).
