- NAVSUP Fleet Logistics San Diego (FLCSD) intends to award a Sole Source contract to WESTINGHOUSE AIR BRAKE TECHNOLOGIES CORP 30 Isabella Street Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania 15212-5862, United States, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. This requirement is for waste heat boiler coil bank assemblies NSN: 4420-01-041-3332 and NSN: 4420-01-037-3990. The proposed contract action is for a Sole Source Firm-Fixed-Price contract. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. No solicitation or RFQ will be forthcoming. Interested parties may identify their interest and submit capability information in response to this notice by 08 June 2023 via e-mail to christine.jordan@navy.mil. Information received will be considered for the sole purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract is entirely at the discretion of the Government.
