- The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) intends to award a sole source purchase order to JPG Plumbing and Mechanical Services, Inc. (JPG) for HVAC system maintenance. The comprehensive system maintenance will provide coverage to seven (7) split systems in the operations and farmhouse building. Multiple zones are included in the facility wide system. HFDF Center cooling zones are in classified areas. �JPG has technical personnel in place who can access sensitive areas without costly delays. They are the only vendor who provide all labor and parts during the warranty period. The period of performance for the proposed contract action is a base period (06/01/2023 � 05/31/2024) plus four (4) twelve-month option periods. Pursuant to FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i), soliciting from a single source, the contracting officer has determined that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available.� This is a notice of the intent to award a sole source contract action. It is published for informational purposes only and is NOT a request for proposal or quote. Any challenges to this requirement must be in writing and shall include sufficient information to enable the government�s needs as stated herein. No responses to this special notice are anticipated.
