- SPECIAL NOTICE NOTICE OF INTENT TO SOLE SOURCE CIR System The Department of Veterans Affairs Cleveland Medical Center (CLE VAMC), 10701 East Blvd., Cleveland, OH 44106 intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106(b)(1)(i) - Contracting officers may solicit from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of the contract action deem only one source reasonably available. The NAICS code is 334510 with a small business size standard of 1,250. The VA intends to solicit and negotiate with CIR Systems/GAITRite, 12 Cork Hill Road, Franklin, NJ 07416 for CIR System. Below is a list of unique features: Single Layer Construction No assembly required No calibration Fits in a single wheeled case for easy storage and transport. Supports 1/2 and 3/8 sensor array. Standard unit supports exposed electronic box or embedded electronic boxes. Supports up to 3 cameras with recording speed up to 60 FPS. Supports patented 3D integrated markerless video tracking of upper body. Simple integration with other systems (EMG, High Speed Video, Etc.). Advanced Footfall Identification with assistive devices (cane, walkers, rolling walker, 3 wheel walkers). Supports Touch Screen interface. Software freely licensed on multiple computers at the same site. Network Base Data for access by all members of the department from their individual work station. File transfer to hospital based Medical Record System.
