- This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. This is not a solicitation or request for offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone requests will not be honored. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. VA Loma Linda Healthcare intends to award a sole source purchase order to Welch Allyn for connectivity and integrations services for Connex® Vital Sign Monitors. Welch Allyn owns the proprietary technology for the procurement of connectivity services for Connex®. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) for this requirement is 339113 with the size standard of Large The Federal Supply Code (FSC) / Product Service Code (PSC) procurement is 6515 . This purchase will be made in accordance with: FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source will satisfy agency requirements. Interested parties may identify their capability to respond to this requirement within fifteen (15) calendar days of the publication of this notice. Responses will be considered for future procurement opportunities. A determination by the Government not to compete this purchase order has already been established. No reimbursement for any cost connected with providing capability information will be provided.
