- Description
- The initial solicitation for this J & A posting was SPE4A6-23-R-0215 for a non-commercial acquisition. During negotiations, it was discovered that NSN 5310-01-657-1378 was a commercial item. Solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-0215 was canceled and replaced with solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-XC68. Since the total maximum dollar value of the acquisition did not exceed $7,500,000.00, the NSN was re-solicted utilizing simplified acquisition procedures which indicates another J & A was not required for solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-XC68.� The Acquisition Specialist amended the J & A for solicitation SPE4A6-23-R-0215 by revising the solicitation number to SPE4A6-23-R-XC68 and the FAR PART from 15 to 13.5 to reflect a commercial acquistion.
