- SYNOPSIS for a Single Source award Modification Posting Requirement > $25K IAW FAR 5.201 Program Contracting Activity Central (PCAC) intends to award a modification to contract 36C77622P0151, awarded to Concourse Federal, LLC., for transition planning and activation services for the VA Long Beach Healthcare System, project 405 construction for a new Mental Health Inpatient building, Mental Health Outpatient building, and Community Living Center (CLC). This modification is to add the out-of-scope requirement for the Initial Outfitting, Transitioning and Activation (IOT&A) contractor to conduct a verification of the Project Room Contents List (PRCL) when compared to the project floor plans, for all three projects listed above. This is required in order to verify that the FF&E included on the Project Room Contents List (PRCL) is included in the current acquisition plan. An accurate acquisition plan is needed to ensure all the Furniture, Fixtures and Equipment (FF&E) required for the activation of the projects is included in the procurement package development. The IOTA contractor will then be responsible for creating the remaining procurement packages for the Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient buildings, and the CLC. The requirement for creating the procurement packages for the CLC will be included as an optional CLIN, to be exercised at time of need. This modification will be fixed price and is expected to add an additional $142,500.00 to the total contract base and all options value. $75,500.00 will be obligated with the award of the modification for the verification of the PRCL to the floor plans, and the procurement packages for Mental Health Inpatient and Outpatient buildings. Procurement packages for the CLC will be awarded at time of need as an optional CLIN. No additional time is added to the contract. Procurement packages will be due according to the approved final acquisition plan.
