- The Department of Veteran Affairs, Veterans Health Administration (VHA) Contracting Office intends to issue a sole source award to large business Johnson Control Fire Protection LP to connect the ANSUL system alarm into the current Johnson Controls Fire Protection fire alarm system at the West Haven VAMC. The intent of this procurement is to award based on a sole source requirement. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures as authorized by FAR 13-501(a). This notice is neither a request for quote nor a solicitation of offers. All responsible sources may submit a capabilities statement for possible consideration in future procurements by the Government. Submit capabilities statements to david.valenzuela2@va.gov no later than 3:00 PM 1 June 2023.
