- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.� This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and an additional solicitation will not be issued. �������� ��� (ii) Solicitation 36C10B23R0017 is issued as a Request for Proposal. (iii) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2020-06 (iv)Solicitation will be a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small (OSDBU) set-aside and use NAICS code 541519 with associated business size standard of $34M. (v) See attached Solicitation Price Schedule for a list of line item number(s) and items, quantities, and units of measure (including options). (vi) See Performance Work Statement of Solicitation for a description of requirements for the items to be acquired. (vii) Dates and places of delivery and acceptance are listed in the Price Schedule of Solicitation. (viii) The provision at 52.212-1, �Instructions to Offerors � Commercial Products and Commercial Services� and Solicitation Provision E11, �Proposal Submission Instructions� applies to this acquisition. (ix) The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services�, and Solicitation Provision E10, �Basis for Award� which includes the specific evaluation criteria to be used for this acquisition. (x) Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3, �Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services�. (xi) The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services� applies to this acquisition. (xii) The clause at 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Products and Commercial Services� applies to this acquisition. See Solicitation Section C.4 below for the addenda.
