- Description
- Intent of the U.S. Consulate General Almaty, Kazakhstan to acquire attorney services in support of the acquisition of option-to-lease (OTL)/build-to-lease (BTL) residential housing units in Almaty, Kazakhstan. All attorney services are performed in Kazakh, Russian and English languages.� It is the Government's intent to award to an attorney services company an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity labor-hour purchase order with fixed hourly rates, consisting of a one-year base period and three option years for a maximum potential period of performance not to exceed (NTE) four years and/or amount NTE $250,000.
