Description
This announcement does not constitute as a request for proposal.� The Administrative Office of the U.S. Courts (AOUSC) is posting this announcement as a Request for Information.� The AOUSC has a need for Third-Party Benefits Administration Services.� The AOUSC is requesting that interested parties review the DRAFT statement of work and provide a response via the following questions/statements.� The response shall not be any longer than 20 pages.�� a) Feedback on the attached Statement of Work i.e., is it clear b) Is there an existing contract vehicle where AOUSC can purchase the full array of services? c) What is the estimated cost for 5-years based on your companies solution? d) Provide information on your companies PII policies? e) How long will you need for Transition? f)� Do you have an established working relationship with the Office of Personnel Management regarding federal benefits administration projects? g) Do you currently manage Flexible Spending Accounts, commuter benefits in an integrated call center representatives? h) Do you have an existing benefits administration portal that has the ability to operate 24/7 365 that allows for new hire, qualifying life events and open season elections? i) Have you performed non-discrimination testing? j) Do you have a call center that is located in the United States? k) Do you have an established system for receiving daily demographic files from a federal agency? l) Can handle 32K employees both biweekly and monthly? m) Do you currently manage and provide 1095-C forms as required by the Affordable Care Act? n) Can your system provide a total compensation report for each individual employee? o) Does your solution meet ACA requirements for online options for pulling ACA statements? p) Does your solution include online options for pulling Total Comp statements? q) Do you have debit cards for HCRA enrollees? r) Are we missing anything within our requirement?
