Description

The Lexington VAMC has issued a requirement for four Epredia Microtome HM 355S machines with the estimated delivery date being 07/31/2023. All items are to be delivered to the Lexington VAMC at 1101 Veterans Drive, Lexington, KY 40502. This solicitation is set aside 100% for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334516; Analytical Laboratory Instrument Manufacturing; Size Standard of 1,000 Employees. Offerors must be registered in The System for Award Management (SAM) (https://www.sam.gov), to be considered for award. The Vendor must be registered with the Small Business Association (SBA) as a certified veteran enterprise to be eligible under this set aside. Offerors must fill in highlighted columns including the pricing on the attached Line-Item spreadsheet The following provisions/clauses apply to this solicitation: FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation- Commercial Items; FAR 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders- Commercial Items; FAR 52.252-2 Clauses Incorporated by Reference. Quotes are due by email only no later than 12:00 PM, CST on Monday, June 5, 2023 and shall be submitted by email to Delaney Dickey at delaney.dickey@va.gov.
