Notice of Intent to Sole Source The United States Marshals Service (USMS) intends to negotiate/award a sole-source contract to BMK Ventures, Inc., 1112 Jensen Drive Suite 101, Virginia Beach, VA 23451, Multiple Award Schedule (MAS), 47QSWA20D004K, Cage Code: 74T97, and UEI: RTJMLRDU3KK8., IAW FAR 8.405-6(a)(1)(B). The NAICS code is 339113. �This requirement is for the purchase of PARA-X Individual First Aid Kit (MIFAK). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. All interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement. �Written responses to this synopsis shall contain sufficient documentation to establish a bonafide capability to fulfill the requirement. �USMS will not be responsible for any costs incurred by interested parties in responding to this notice. � The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government.
