- Notice of Intent to Sole Source to�Leadership Alive, Inc The National Institutes of Health (NIH) intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price purchase order to Leadership Alive Inc. In accordance with FAR Part 6.302-1, the Contractor is the only known responsible source who can provide the services for the requirement as described below. The purpose of this notice is to inform the public that the National Institutes of Health, Office of the Director intends to issue a purchase order to Leadership Alive, Inc. (vendor) for the facilitation of a staff retreat.� The vendor can offer a Gallup Strengths Finder workshop by a certified Gallup Strength coach.� The vendor shall set up the Gallup Strengths Finder 2.0 online assessment and provide staff with assessment codes. The vendor shall compile individualized assessment results and incorporate them into a customized training.� The vendor�s �The Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team� workshop helps team members learn to work together more efficiently and effectively. The workshop includes online pre-assessment, individualized profile reports, a team grid map of staff members� strengths, and team reports. �The vendor is able to provide each of the individual desired deliverables. Only a certified Gallup Strength coach is qualified to �facilitate a Strength Finder workshop. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes.� However, any party that believes it can provide the services as stated herein may submit a written capability statement that clearly supports and demonstrates their ability to satisfy the requirement indicating�their certification and experience in facilitating Strength Finder workshops It is anticipated that an award will be issued within seven (7) days after the date of this notice unless the Government determines that another organization has the capability to meet this requirement.
