Description: This Request for Offer (RFO) is for theï¿½Janitorial Services and Laundry Services at the Deadhorse FSS and Transient Quartersï¿½in Alaska to be completed as required in the Statement of Work that is located in Section C of the attachedï¿½697DCK-23-R-00353. The Amendment 001 is to change the Period of Performance , Bid due date and remove the Contractor's Mask Letter from the RFO.ï¿½ This acquisition is a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The principal North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code applicable to this effort is: 561720 - Janitorial Services, with the size standard of $22 Million. The resulting award will be Firm-Fixed Price Contract with a base year plus four option years. No SITE VISITS are scheduled at this time. Questions or Comments pertaining to this RFO must be submitted in written form via email to Samandeep Sraon, Contracting specialist at Samandeep.ctr.sraon@faa.gov no later than 1700 Pacific Time on Monday, 06/16/2023. Questions and responses that clarify the RFO may be provided to all Offerors; if this information is provided to all Offerors, the source of the questions will not be identified.
