(vi) Description of Requirement 1.0 Scope ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall conduct routine inspections and periodic test(s) for the Colville National Forest, Supervisor�s�Office (SO) building elevator system.� 2.0 Period and Place of Performance ELEVATOR INSPECTION AND PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE: The contractor shall�conduct monthly service visits, annual safety tests, and a Category 5 test, once every 5 years as�required by Washington State law, for the Supervisor�s Office (SO) building elevator system.� 3.0 Background The ThyssenKrupp Elevator (OEM Serial# FEE323) is also referred to as Elevator #1.� 4.0 Operating Constraints The contractor must perform all work during regular business hours (8:00am-4:30pm, Monday�to Friday, not including national holidays), unless otherwise arranged. Access to the building�must be monitored by a Forest Service employee onsite. Final inspection will be performed and�approved by Colville National Forest Engineering.
