- The following is a Sources Sought/Request for Information notice. This posted notice is not a Pre- Solicitation or Solicitation document. The government is not currently soliciting bids, quotes or proposals at this time; however, reserves the right to do so at a later date. The Lebanon VA Medical Center, Lebanon, PA is seeking potential sources for a Brand Name or Equal requirement for Dock and Lock Security Cabinets, accessories and installation. Brand Name items provided for reference are the PSSI Dock & Lock cabinet (4852-L-30) (QTY 2 EACH), 110 AC Power Cords for each drawer (AC-PW) (QTY 60 EACH), and Mobile Base (48MB) (QTY 2 EACH) for secure powered mobile storage of electronic notebooks and laptops. The Dock & Lock mobile cabinet will allow secure and ventilated storage and charging of notebooks and laptops in the new Primary Care building at the Lebanon VA Medical Center. Required Specifications listed below must be met in order for any equivalent product to be considered acceptable: Unit measurement equal to 48 W x 52 H x 25 D (Add up to 5 to height for wheels) 30 Drawer units Drawer Dimensions 13.75 W x 20.25 D by 3.25 H to accommodate a variety of tablets and laptops AC Power/Cords to each drawer Cat5/6 wiring capable (wiring not needed at this time) 125V/15A/60Hz Surge Suppression Power Supply UL approved components Mobile base or industrial casters Thermostatically controlled fans/ventilation Independently locking drawers with individual key assignments Master Keys Interchangeable Drawer Module Steel construction, beige powder coated finish Multiple knockouts for cabling access Full extension ball bearing drawer slides On-Site delivery and assembly ready to use Contractor Responsibilities: The contractor shall be responsible for the following: A. Contractor shall provide qualified personnel for on-site assembly. B. Contractor is responsible for ensuring the proper disposal of all waste generated from Dock & Lock cabinet assembly. C. Contractor is responsible for securing all materials, equipment, and tools while on government property or in government facility. Government is not liable for any lost or stolen items that are not properly secured. Government Responsibilities: The Government shall provide the following: A. Provide site access and escorts through hospital units as needed. B. Provide adequate space for Dock & Lock cabinet delivery and assembly. DELIVERY: Delivery and on-site assembly shall occur no later than October 2, 2023, unless otherwise instructed by the POC.
