Description: Master BPA for INTEGRUM OPRA Implant System as a direct connection to the prostheses for the above knee/below knee amputation. The INTEGRUM OPRA Implant System is the selected system as it is the only FDA approved system for osseointregration. The Prosthetics and Orthotics department must supply the OPRA AXOR to attach the prosthesis to the abutment. The INTEGRUM OPRA AXOR is the only FDA approved attachment to the OPRA abutment that is placed during surgery.
