Procurement r�f. : MCA-CI/CONSULT/ICS/344 Type of Procurement Consultant services (Individual) Buyer Millennium Challenge Account-C�te d�Ivoire Publication Date: May 11th, 2023 Notice Deadline June 1st, 2023� 3.00 pm UTC 1. The United States of America, acting through the Millennium Challenge Corporation (�MCC�) and the Government of C�te d�Ivoire (the �Government� or �GoCI�) have entered into a Millennium Challenge Compact (the �Compact�) for Millennium Challenge Account assistance to help facilitate poverty reduction through economic growth in C�te d`Ivoire in the amount of approximately US$ 524.7 million (�MCC Funding�). The Government, acting through MCA-C�te d�Ivoire (the �MCA Entity� or �Buyer�), intends to apply a portion of the MCC Funding to eligible payments under a contract for which this Request for Qualification (�RFQ�) is issued. Any payments made by the MCA Entity under the proposed contract will be subject, in all respects, to the terms and conditions of the Compact and related documents, including restrictions on the use and distribution of MCC Funding. The Compact and its related documents can be found on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov ) and on the MCA-C�te d�Ivoire website (http://www.mcacotedivoire.ci). 2. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire hereby invites eligible Individual Consultants to submit their applications for the services of a Consultant for the development and installation of a platform for automating tracking activities and capturing funding opportunities for DEEG. MCA-C�te d'Ivoire will award the successful consultant a contract for a period of (7.5) seven and a half months from the NTP Start-up Notification. 3. Requirements: The curriculum vitae must include a list of relevant major projects in which the applicant has participated. It must also clearly specify the role and the nature of the responsibilities in each project carried out, the activities carried. This RFQ is open to qualified national or international individual consultants wishing to participate in the Skills Project�s activities. 5. A Consultant will be selected under the Individual consultants Selection method, in accordance with �MCC Program Procurement Guidelines� (P.1.B.3.10) which is provided on the MCC website (www.mcc.gov/ppg). 6. Interested Consultants are invited to submit their application /cover letter, CV and Financial Proposal in separate files to be sent all at once using the forms included in the RFQ documents, no later than June 1st, 2023� 3.00 pm UTC.
