- INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) intends to negotiate and award a sole source purchase order to the 275 WS Realty LLC, 275 Washington Street, Boston, MA 02108 for the following: (1) reserved parking spaces for a GSA government vehicle assigned to the regional office for use by staff during travel. This vehicle will be parked at a local parking garage, Pi-Alley Garage, 275 Washington St., Boston, MA 02108. The period of performance is 06/01/2023 to 05/31/2024 for the Base Year plus four additional Option Years. The sole source award will be made under the authority of 41 U.S.C. 235 ( C ) ( 1 ) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies and Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements.� A justification and approval is currently being processed for this requirement. This requirement is intended as a sole source procurement because market research has indicated that the Pi-Alley Garage is the least expensive of the covered garages in the local area and it is the only one within a two block proximity to the Boston Regional Office. ����� CMS REQUIREMENTS: Parking for one Government vehicle for a Base Year of 12 months plus four additional Optional Years. ���� NAICS CODES: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 812930 (Parking Lot and Garages). INTERESTED PARTIES: All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. In order to qualify as a potential contractor for this procurement, the organization must provide valid, reliable and standardized health care performance measures to support and advance public accountability, quality improvement efforts, increased patient safety, and value based purchasing. The organization must be able to serve as a national dissemination and implementation conference for health disparities researchers. To be considered, interested vendors must submit technical literature describing their capability to effectively satisfy this requirement, as well as terms and conditions and a complete price quote within 5 days of this notice, to the following electronic mail address: phillip.harrell@cms.hhs.gov.
