- THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE ONLY. This is not a solicitation or request for quotes and no contract will be awarded from this notice. There is no solicitation, specifications or drawings available at this time, except as noted below. Military Sealift Command (MSC) Norfolk publicizes the fleet maintenance schedule at https://www.msc.usff.navy.mil/Business-Opportunities/Contracts/.� This list is updated weekly.� MSC is contemplating adjusting the schedule to form several competitive single-award contracts for the Regular Overhaul and Dry Docking availability of two T-EPF class vessels with the same period of performance.� Length of performance is between 60 and 120 calendar days.� The place of performance will be at a Contractor�s facility within the continental United States.� Vessel names and performance periods are not yet available.� MSC will consider tandem docking or sequencing separate dry docking/pier side periods. Please provide a response demonstrating your firm�s experience in performing similar work.� This procurement will be solicited under NAICS Code 336611, Ship Building and Repair, which has a size standard of 1,300 employees.� Indicate if your company is a large or small business, and if a small business, indicate if you fall within any of the further classifications (HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.). Please provide your response to this sources sought notice by 12:00 PM Norfolk, VA time on June, 01 2022. Submissions may be made by e-mail to Jerica.e.bray.civ@ua.navy.mil. Submission of a capabilities statement is not a prerequisite to any potential future offerings, but participation will assist the Government as to the extent of shipyards available for this procurement.� The Government is not obligated to and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice.
