- Description
- The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk Contracting Department, Norfolk, VA 23511-3392, intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract for Expeditionary Equipment Readiness (EERS) Support Services for Maritime Expeditionary Security Force (MESF). This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 15. The NAICS code applicable to this procurement is 811310. The size standard is $12.5 million. MESF requires a contract for Expeditionary Equipment Readiness (EERS) Support Services. The contractor shall provide MESF with Expeditionary Equipment Readiness support in the areas of, but not limited to, Contractor Field Team Support, and Engineering, Technical, Repair, and Logistic support to forces afloat or deployed.� The solicitation, any documents related to this procurement, and all amendments issued will be in electronic form. THE SOLICITATION IS NOT YET AVAILABLE. Once available, the solicitation will be posted to this site SAM.gov. The solicitation is expected to be available on or about 02 June 2023. A complete RFP package will be available by downloading the documents at the SAM.gov Website as follows: www.sam.gov or FEDBIZOPPS at http://www.fedbizopps.gov on or around 02 June 2023. Potential contractors are hereby notified that the solicitation and subsequent amendments to the solicitation will ONLY be available for download at the above site; this office will NOT issue hard copy solicitations. By submitting an offer, the vendor is self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency. Failure to do so may represent grounds for refusing to accept the offer. By submission of an offer, the contractor acknowledges the requirement that a prospective awardee must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database prior to award, during performance, and through final payment of any contract resulting from this solicitation, except for awards to foreign vendors for work to be performed outside the United States. Lack of registration in the SAM database will make a contractor ineligible for award.
