Description

The Executive Office for United States Attorneys (EOUSA) intends to solicit and award a Purchase Order to T&P Productions, Inc., located at 514 Warren Ave., Ho Ho Kus, NJ 07423, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency requirement. The EOUSA anticipates an award of a Purchase Order, on a sole source basis, to T&P Productions Inc., for Cinegy GmbH Software. Cinegy Capture PRO enables operators to ingest live video feeds from� a client interface running anywhere on the network, controlling dedicated ingest software services, which simultaneously generate all versions needed for archive, editing and remote working in one easy to use software suite. EOUSA, Office of Legal Education (OLE) requires Cinegy Capture Pro � perpetual software licensing as follows:� � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � � �� 4 Server Licenses 16 Channel Licenses 4 USB Server Hardware License Dongles First Class Software SLA - 5-Months 24/7 Support Fees First Class SLA - Cinegy Capture PRO - (4) Server Licenses, (16) Channel Licenses The period of performance is anticipated to begin on May 30, 2023 through September 30, 2023. This notice is not a request for competitive quotations.� A Request for Quote will not be available for this requirement.� The intent of this solicitation is for informational purposes only.� However, any information received within five days after the date of publication of this notice will be considered by the Government.� Information in response to this notice may be sent to Maynard Minor, Contracting Officer at Maynard.Minor@usdoj.gov� A determination by the Government not to compete this action is solely within the discretion of the Government.� Telephonic questions or requests are strongly discouraged.
