- Ladies and Gentlemen, The Regional Procurement Support Office (RPSO) Frankfurt would like to invite your company to submit a proposal of preventive maintenance services of water treatment systems on behalf of the U.S. Embassy London Facility Management Office, United Kingdom. The complete proposal shall be submitted by e-mail with the subject line�""Proposal 19GE5023R0059� no later than 14:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on June 14, 2023 to PetersenTA@state.gov. All documents shall be submitted in the Microsoft word or the Adobe pdf format and shall be named / numbered to appear in the e-mail(s) in the correct sequence. The limit per e-mail is 50MB. Zipped files (.zip or .rar) are not permitted. The site visit will be held at 9:00 (BST) on May 24, 2023 at the U.S. Embassy London. Prospective offerors/quoters should contact Kasim L. Al Bayati, Mechanical Engineer at AlBayatiKL@state.gov to arrange entry to the building. NOTE: No quotations will be accepted after the time indicated above. Delay due internet connection issues/failure, delay on electronic correspondence transmission or processing will not be an acceptable excuse for late delivery of a proposal. Submission shall be made electronically, i.e., by e-mail. Please note: a. All communication and the award documents shall be in English. b. Please do NOT contact the U.S. Embassy London directly regarding this project. c. An active SAM registration is a condition of award. The Contracting Officer reserves the right to reject any proposals that deviate significantly from the instructions in the combined synopsis & solicitation and to waive any information or minor irregularities in proposals received. In addition, the Contracting Officer reserves the right to award the contract based upon initial offers received without holding discussions. Any questions regarding the subject solicitation may be directed to Mr. Thomas A. Petersen via e-mail PetersenTA@state.gov no later than 14:00 Central European Summer Time (CEST) on May 31, 2023. Questions will be collected, and in the interest of fair contracting, the replies will be provided anonymously in form of a solicitation amendment.
