- COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart�12.6 and FAR 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Instructions to offerors, evaluation criteria, and all applicable FAR Provisions and Clauses are attached. The solicitation number is 70Z04523QKODI0110 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Government Estimate Less than $25,000.00 The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and Construction clauses are those in effect through FAC# 2022-01 Effective Date 12/6//2021, �HSAR 5/2/2021 / HSAM 2022-01 / CGAP Change Notice 2017-02. Department of Labor General Decision wages are included in this order and are applicable. Wage Determination No.: AK20230001 Revision No.: 3 Date of Last Revision: 04/14/2023 This acquisition is set-aside 100% for SMALL BUSINESS. Electrical Reconfiguration at USCG Base Kodiak, Firehouse.� Work to be done in accordance with the attached statement of work.
