Description: The Great Plains Area Indian Health Service, Aberdeen, South Dakota, intends to award a sole-source award to Tribal Health, LLC to provide Emergency Department Services for the Rosebud and Pine Ridge IHS Hospitals in South Dakota. Tribal Health is currently performing the same work under the incumbent contract. The resultant contract award Period of Performance shall be minimum performance period June 1, 2023 to December 31, 2023 for shift coverage to commence on July 1st, 2023. The Justification for Other Than Full and Open Competition (Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-2:� Unusual and Compelling Urgency, 41 U.S.C. 3304(a)(2)) was approved on 5/3/2023.
