No contract will be awarded from this announcement, and no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this notice. This notice is a market research tool used to obtain information only and to identify contractors who possess the capabilities to provide services as specified below. The Missouri Army National Guard (MOARNG) Purchasing and Contracting Office is performing this market research to aid in the development of its acquisition approach. Sources Sought Posting - W912NS23Q2010 � Crisis City SCVS Reset HRF, 31 July - 04 Aug 2023 This is a request for information and Sources Sought Notice for market research purposes only. The MOARNG requires Structural Collapse Venue Site (SCVS) Reset Services at the Crisis City Regional Training Center, KS. The MOARNG is seeking to identify qualified and responsible sources to help us meet the requirement. Anticipated period of performance will be 31 July 2023 � 04 August 2023 and the performance location will be Crisis City, 6401 W. M60 Rd, Lindsborg KS 67456. The North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code for this procurement will be 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services) and the Product Service Code (PSC) will be R429 Support-Professional: Emergency Response/Disaster Planning/Preparedness Support. SUBMITTAL REQUIREMENTS: As permitted by FAR Part 10, interested parties are invited to respond to this sources sought by submitting a brief capabilities statement package demonstrating ability to perform the services described herein. The due date/time for responses to this sources sought notice is no later than 25 May 2023 at 1:00 pm Central Time to Stephen Miller, via email at Stephen.j.miller1.civ@army.mil and Ed Roman at Hediberto.roman.civ@army.mil. We request interested vendors to provide feedback on the following questions: � � � � � A.� Based on your review of the attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS), do you have feedback on the feasibility of performing the requirements therein, or any recommended changes?� Would you take exception to any of the service and/or materials requirements in the Draft PWS? � � � � � B.��COMPANY PROFILE. To include: (1) Company name and address; (2) name of principal point of contact (including title, telephone and email address); (3) UEI number and/or CAGE Code; (4) Socio-Economic status, if applicable, such as SDVOSB, WOSB, HUBZone; and (5) confirmation of active registration in SAM (http://www.sam.gov). � � � � � C.��RELEVANT EXPERIENCE. Include experience in performing efforts of similar value, size, and scope within the last five (5) years. The following information is requested for each of your references: (1) Contract Number and Project Title; (2) Name of Contracting Activity; (3) Indication of whether your firm acted as prime or subcontractor, (4) Contract Period of Performance and Contract Value, and (5) Brief summary of the work performed and how it relates to the technical services described herein. � � � � � D.��Do you have the capability to perform this requirement and have an interest in quoting in response to a Request for Quote/Request for Proposal? �Additional information, if any, that the responder believes to be relevant to this requirement.
