- Description
- The New York Army National Guard has requested a requirement for Catering (Meal Drop-Off) in the Youngstown Local Training Area (YLTA) 1525 Balmer Rd Youngstown NY, 14174 from 03-17 JUN 2023. The requirement description (dietary requirements by day) is in the attached Feeding Schedule. Menu information is in the NYARNG 21 Day (Catering) Menus. Terms and Conditions are located in the SOW and attached RFQ. Delivery times will be coordinated with the Govt. POC after award.� All Offeror�s must have FAR 52.204-26 completed in SAM.gov Reps & Certs or they must return a completed copy of FAR 52.204-26 with their quote. FAR 52.204-26 can be found in the attached Synopsis/Solicitation PDF or at https://www.acquisition.gov.� Please note that this is a firm fixed price contract. All pricing needs to be final pricing and cannot include taxes. Additional price increases will not be considered unless authorized by a contracting officer. This requirement is a small business set-aside under NAICS 722320, Size Standard $8M. Basis of award: lowest price that meets specifications in the RFQ attached. Please only include your best and final offer. We will only review the lowest offer for entire requirement presented by your company. Only quotes for the total requirement will be considered. Quotes due on 24 June 2023, 12:00 am Eastern Standard Time via Email to Rick Powell at richard.w.powell44.mil@army.mil **Please note, all future amendments will be posted to www.sam.gov, it is the vendor's responsibility to check if any amendments have been issued at least 24 hours prior to the closing date of the solicitation.
