- W58RGZ-23-R-0081 Solicitation Amendment 0001� This Request for Proposal is for a single award Firm-Fixed-Price, 8(a) setaside/competitive Small Business, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for the procurement of the UH60V Mechanical A-Kit, part number 1060929-701, in support of the UH-60V Black Hawk Recapitalization Program at Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) Full Rate Production effort. This requirement includeds the manufacture, kitting, and delivery of UH60V Mechanical A-Kits, First Article Testing and data item deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work and Technical Data Package. The IDIQ will have one ordering period of five years with a minimum quantity of 10 kits which includes First Article and a maximum quantity of 240 kits. The anticipated award date is 2nd Quarter of Government Fiscal Year 2024. This requirement will be awarded under the Partnership Agreement betwen the U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) and the Department of the Army, U.S. Army Contracting Command, Huntsville, AL, 8(a) Business Development (BD) Program. The assigned SBA requirement Number is XK1676491537A.
