It is not to be construed as a commitment by the Government to procure any services, nor is it the intent of the Army Contracting Command - New Jersey (ACC-NJ) to award a contract on the basis of this request for information or otherwise pay for the information sought. 1. CONTRACT INFORMATION: ACC-NJ is seeking preliminary marketing information, all socio-economic categories to ascertain knowledge of potential qualified sources which are interested and capable of performing the services in the attached Performance Work Statement. PROJECT SCOPE & LOCATION: ��Refuse & Recycling Services /� Chili USARC Rochester, NY See attached Draft Performance Work Statement (PWS) for specific details. �3. Incumbent Contractor: Contract Number:� �W15QKN18P1100 Contractor: Hamilton Alliance Contract value: $20,527.32 Period of Performance: 12-month base period, plus 4 12-month option periods 4. SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS: All interested vendors shall submit a Capability Statement via email.
