Description

Seeking a Exchange Service Maintenance Plan for M5 IPC X 8 - Cat # 1899200 � MICRODEBRIDER 1899200 MS ROHS.� The M5 Microdebrider Drills are specifically designed to be used in ENT (Ear Nose and Throat) surgical procedures. It helps improve intraoperative functionality and precision when incising or removing soft tissue, hard tissue or bone. The surgeon is able to rotate only the tip of the curved blade during surgery, which allows for a 360 degree cutting in the front sinuses.��Serial Numbers: M5-15563; M5-15564; M5-15565; M5-15566; M5-15567; M5-15568; M5-15569; M5-15570. The incumbent will certify that all repairs and inspection services for Covered Product (�Services�) will be performed by factory-trained personnel using original vendor replacement parts. When a Covered Product requires repair during the specified term, the customer may elect to exchange the Covered Product for a Factory Certified Product (FCE Product) at no additional charge.
