Description: Please see the attached sources sought notice for Relevant Prior Art (RPA) Services. Please also see the Utilized Technology Stack spreadsheet. This is a brand new requirement. There is not an incumbent contractor or any previous award actions. The contract ceiling is over the SAT and is not to exceed Ten Million Dollars. Under the Limitations section on page three the correct number of estimated IDS submissions per day is 3,500 and not 35,000.
