Description

The Government is only conducting market research and attaining information to identify potential vendors and products that can meet the Government�s potential needs. The Government is requesting industry to provide feedback to the questions below to determine how to best proceed with procuring the required items. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.� � The purpose of this engagement to industry is to identify potential options that are commercially available or can be modified to meet the Government�s complete need. Moreover, in the event there is not a product commercially available to meet the Government�s need, the Government is making an effort to identify potential sources that are interested in capable of developing the product. **This is a new requirement. There is not an incumbent.** The Government anticipates the need to consolidate and document individual�s credentials and knowledge, skills, abilities, and observable behaviors (KSAO) in a manner that is useful for leadership to make data-driven decisions from a talent management and development standpoint. The need also includes system that can immediately validate credentials for authenticity. And there is a need for system that allows individuals to transfer their credentials into and out of Air Force systems. Finally, there is no system that allows individuals/organizations/career fields to create sharable, open-source credentials. Please see the attached Requirements Document for further details on the requirement. Please answer the following questions to assist the Government in developing the solicitation of this requirement. All information provided is STRICTLY VOLUNTARY.� �
