Description

THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. � Notice of Intent - �Oxygen and Medical Gas Refills plus rental of Medical Gas Cylinders The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico intends to award a non-competitive, sole source contract to Gallup Welders & Supply dba Four Corners Welding & Gas for Oxygen and Medical Gas Refills plus rental of Medical Gas Cylinders. The Period of Performance for this request�s base year shall begin on May 15, 2023 through May 14, 2024 and as option year one to begin on May 15, 2024 to May 14, 2025. The Contractor, Gallup Welders & Supply dba Four Corners Welding & Gas, is the only organization uniquely qualified and certified to provide the required supplies on an as needed basis. This notice of intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no solicitation available for competitive quotes. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 10:00 AM MSDT on MAY 10, 2023, the contract will be issued without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. Responses may be emailed to stefanie.atene@ihs.gov by the deadline stated above. All vendors are hereby notified that if your response is not received by the date and time specified in this notice, it will not be considered. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION.
