Description: Contemplated Sole Source for Internet-Telephone Services at Fort Yuma Health Clinic. The Contractor shall establish and provide 2 T1-PRI circuits, 200 new DIDs, and 2 dedicated POTS to the Fort Yuma Indian Health Clinic. location is Fort Yuma Indian Health Service, which will require 150 existing phone lines to be ported from 1 Indian Hill Road to 401 Piccacho Road. In addiion, the contractor will provide 2 dedicated Primary rate Interface (PRI) circuits for telecommunication services into the Fort Yuma Indian Health Clinic. The�contractor will establish new Direct Inward Dial (DID) numbers (quantity: 200). Also, the contractor will provide 2 POTS lines for fire alarm.
